1.5 System Description
In this project the smart glove consists of main three subsystems:
Hand subsystem
Application subsystem
Processing subsystem
In the next chapters we will illustrate every subsystem in details.
The Hand subsystem is responsible for converting the hand
movement ho electrical signals and transmitting it to the application
subsystem.
The application subsystem is responsible for receiving the signals
from the hand subsystem and performs specific function based on
the program loaded on the Arduino microcontroller that control and
process the received signals.
Processing subsystem is responsible for processing the signals that is
received from hand subsystem.
The hand subsystem consists of main four parts:
Flex sensors
Accelerometer and gyroscope
Arduino Uno microcontroller
Zigbee
